Caroline has more than 20 years of progressive experiences in the financial information disclosure industry and possesses profound knowledge in providing professional language services and related technology and ESG advisory services for many listed companies in Hong Kong and the United States.

Ms. Chan is currently a graduate member of Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA)*.

Lawrence is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certitied Public Accountants and a practising certified public accountant in Hong Kong. Mr. Lau has extensive experience in financial management, corporate finance, legal and compliance, corporate secretarial practice and taxation.

Mr. Lau holds a bachelor degree in business administration from The University of Hong Kong and a master degree in corporate finance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Dominic is a member of Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia and has over 10 years of experience in internal audit and taxation services.

Mr. Lee specialises in performing internal audit and assisting listed companies to prepare Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report. He has extensive experience to assist pre-listing applicants and sponsors in relation to Hong Kong Listing Application (PN21 Engagement) and provide Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) & Internal Control Review (ICR) advisory and reporting services to them.

Herman is a solicitor admitted in Hong Kong. He has more than 10 years’ experience as a legal practitioner in Hong Kong and has maintained a diverse corporate and capital markets practice, including advising issuers and underwriters on initial public offerings (IPOs) across different industries.

Mr. Lee has also advised listed and private clients on pre-IPO restructuring and financing, secondary financing, mergers and acquisitions, loan and financing transactions, corporate governance and compliance obligations under Hong Kong law. He was a guest speaker for the technical seminar series of HKU SPACE College of Business and Finance (Key to successful listing in Hong Kong). He obtained his MA in law at University of Bristol and PCLL at The University of Hong Kong.
